Chiptuning
As the first Bosch electronic driven Row - Injection Pump was placed in the 8,1 Liter John Deere PowerTech Engine which powered the John Deere 7710 and the John Deere 7810 in 1997, Global Farming collect its first experiences in Chip Tuning.
What is exactly "Chip Tuning"?
The Characteristics of an Engine are writen by the Manufacturer on a electronic Part, which is placed on a circuit Board from where the Main orders starting out, to run the Engine. The electronic Part on the circuit Board is the Heart of the Engine Control Unit (ECU), and is named: electronic Chip. With special developed Interfaces and Adapters, which are to weld on the reading/writing Gateway and Computer Programms, it is possible, to "read" the Files from this Chip, optimize those, and write them Back on the Chip, The Procedure of reading - opimize - writing is named "Chip Tuning"
The 8,1 Liter Power Tech Engine, from the John Deere 7710 we optimize successful from original 155 Horsepower and 1.100 Nm Torque, up to 285 Horsepower and 2.300 Nm Torque.
Over the Years, we extend our Experience to a wide Range, which covered near all Types of Injection Systems from well known Manufacturer like Denso, Delphi, Bosch, Motorola, Phönix, Zexel, Yanmar, Stanadyne, VDO and others.
Succesfully optimized Processors by Global Farming are:
